Our devices are graded into 5 categories, A+, A, AB+, B, and C. A description and sample images of each grade are shown below;
Grade A+: Our grade A+ is NEW HSO. No scratches or sign of use at all.
- Screen: No sign or wear. Flawless.
- Frame: No sign or wear. Flawless.
Grade A: Our Grade A products are in prestige condition like new devices with little to no sign of use. May or may not include minor flaws. 93% of Grade A inventory are flawless.
- Screen: May or may not include minor flaws. Any scratches present will be micro-sized and not deep in texture. If any flaw is present it will not be visible unless zoomed in with flash light.
- Frame: May or may not include minor flaws. Any scratches present will be micro-sized and not deep in texture. No dings, dents, heavy scuffing or discoloration. 98% of our Grade A frames are flawless.
Grade A/B+: Our Grade A/B+ are in excellent condition. May or may not include minor flaws. No dings or dents. No heavy scratches.
- Screen: May or may not include minor flaws. Any scratches present will be small or hairline and not deep in texture. If any flaw is present it will not be visible unless zoomed in with flash light.
- Frame: May or may not include minor flaws. Any scratches present will be small and not deep in texture. No dings, dents, heavy scuffing, or discoloration. May or may not have small dot scuff.
Grade B: Our Grade B are in good or fair condition. Will include some scratches. Scratches may be moderate to low heavy. Most scratches will only be on the screen; however, frame and back glass may have scratches also.
- Screen: Will include moderate to low heavy scratches. There are no cracks or crack level scratches. No dings or dead pixels.
- Frame: May or may not include moderate scratches. May have small scuffs or smudges. No dents, cracks, or chips.
Grade C: Our Grade C are in fair or poor condition. Screen may be cracked; frame may have dents or heavy scratches. Some discoloration can be present. Fully functional devices.
- Screen: Cracked screen. Good OLED or LCD.
- Frame: May or may not include heavy scratches, dents, or smudges.
